Counselling and Guidance:
Offer counselling and guidance to address any psychological or emotional challenges related to employment.
Help individuals build confidence, self-esteem, and coping skills.
Assistive Technology and Accommodations:
Identify and provide assistive technology or workplace accommodations that can enable the individual to perform their job tasks effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant disability laws, such as the Equality and Disability Act.
Job Placement:
Assist in job search activities, including resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
Network with potential employers and connect the individual with job opportunities.
Job Retention:
Provide ongoing support and counselling to help the individual adapt to the workplace and maintain their job.
Address any issues or challenges that may arise in the workplace.
Follow-Up and Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the individual's progress and adjust the vocational rehabilitation plan as needed.
